The restaurant is a keen supporter of locally grown produce and ingredients and sources a wide selection of its fresh fruit and veg from farms in the Lancashire and Merseyside areas. These include asparagus grown in Formby, tomatoes and potatoes farmed in Banks and Scarisbrick, as well as the famous ‘Southport Shrimps’.
The head chef and his team, taking inspiration from around the world, have created an international menu ranging from Fish n Chips with mushy peas to Blackened Cod with sweet miso. Their dedication to using local produce wherever possible coupled with an extensive wine & champagne list and great service ensures diners return time after time.
